Lindsay Hill is entering her eighth year at the helm of the Greyhound Volleyball program.  Over the past four years, the Greyhounds have been on the NJCAA Top 20 poll, reaching as high as #9 in the 2017 season.  In seven years, Coach Hill has coached one All-American, twelve All-District, and twelve All-Conference players.  Hill's 2012-13 team achieved an impressive 3.6 team GPA to finish ranked 2nd in the NJCAA in Team GPA out of all sports.  That team also was the highest GPA in the KJCCC conference for any sport.

Hill came to Fort Scott after serving three seasons as the top assistant coach at Pittsburg State University.  During her three year stint, she helped lead the Gorillas to a 67-37 record.  Prior to her time at Pitt State, Hill was the Head Volleyball Coach at Neosho County Community College.  Hill compiled an 85-71 record directing the Panthers program over four seasons.  Her 2007 squad was ranked as high as No. 5 in the NJCAA Division II preseason poll and her 2006 team finished the season ranked No. 14 nationally.  During her four year tenure, Hill coached a pair of NJCAA All-Americans and 18 All-Jayhawk Conference performers.  Additionally, her 2005 team was a National Champion in the classroom, by winning the NJCAA Division II Academic Team of the Year with a 3.69 team cumulative GPA.  Her 2004 squad ranked sixth nationally and her 2007 team ranked seventh nationally in team GPA.

Hill graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pittsburg State University with a bachelor's degree in Physical Education in 2003, and she was named the Physical Education Major of the Year.  She also earned a Master's degree in Physical Education from PSU in 2004, with a perfect 4.00 GPA.

Hill resides in Fort Scott with her husband, John Hill III, who is the Head Baseball Coach at FSCC, and their two sons, John IV (7) and Hudson (4).
