Behind the plate, sophomore catcher Rowan Christensen proved to be a steady and reliable force for the Greyhounds. Christensen hit .358 on the season with 29 hits, 6 home runs, and 24 RBIs, while boasting an impressive .535 on-base percentage. Defensively, he was equally dominant, recording a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 219 total chances and zero errors. At designated hitter, freshman Ethan Hampton delivered plenty of power to the Greyhound lineup. Hampton finished the year batting .361 with 70 hits, 17 home runs, and a team-leading 74 RBIs. His .706 slugging percentage highlighted his ability to change the game with one swing, while his 56 runs scored showcased his all-around offensive production.
