Deardin Kelley, Hanna White and Kayln Beel Commit to Southwestern College

Fort Scott Community College Volleyball players Deardin Kelley, Hanna White and Kayln Beel have all committed to continue their volleyball careers at Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.

Kelley had 293 kills this past season and averaged 2.36 kills per set, and she also added 201 digs. White finished the season 39th nationally with 841 assists, she also added 198 digs and 20 service aces. Beel finished the season 22nd nationally with a .339 hitting percentage. She also added 261 kills and 69 assists. 

The Greyhound volleyball team finished this past season at 26-10 overall and 4-5 in conference play. Southwestern's volleyball team finished 2017 with three wins against Mid America Christian, Langston and Bethel. Southwestern plays in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference and is the oldest conference in the NAIA.
